Yaelisa in Whitefish! July 30 and 31, 2016, at Dance Elements

Emmy Award-winning flamenco dancer Yaelisa teaches workshops in Whitefish on Saturday and Sunday, July 30-31 at Dance Elements, 203 Business Center Loop, Kalispell, MT. (map below)

She specializes in helping dancers understand every facet of the flamenco art from through understanding of compas, expression,
technique, cultural understanding, and musical training. Yaelisa also sings, bringing flamenco full circle for her students.
Yaelisa will train students in technique for marcajes, brazeo in conjunction with palmas and communication as a dancer. It is
recommended that dancers take both workshops for a well-rounded experience.
This workshop is offered for adults and teens. Perhaps we will have a class for children another time!

The cost is $35 for a single class in a day, and $60 for both classes on the same day. Dance technique as above will be the focus of the first class. Then palmas, structure, and communication will follow. The classes are best taken together, of course...and truly beneficial and inspiring as Yaelisa presents them. We will have a brief break between classes. Preregistration is advised through CONTACT US on this page, or by calling us at 406-542-9270. We are happy to answer any of your questions, and thrilled to offer this wonderful experience to Montana! It is a very rare opportunity for us, and the first time flamenco will be taught in Whitefish, Montana.
